Chakras

Chakras correspond to the energy centers in your body. In Sanskrit, the word “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel”. There are seven major energy centers located along the spine, from the base of the spine all the way up to the crown. There are many other Chakras in our body and energy system (around 114 different chakras)

It is important to keep our chakras balanced so that vital energy can flow freely, we feel happy and full of energy. Although if they get blocked or unbalanced we can suffer physical or emotional symptoms related to a specific chakra.

The Reiki practitioner helps the recipient through the life force energy while imposing his/her hands in order to achieve the equilibrium and harmony for each one of the chakras.

Crystals

Crystals are powerful energy transmitters and healing tools, they can help cleanse the space around us, enhance meditation experience, improve your mood, etc. Because its properties they can be used during a reiki session to intensify it , and also as an energetic protection, spiritual enlightenment, and for attracting good vibrations to our lives.

I have crystals set up in each room of my home. They are so beautiful and the energy they bring to my home is amazing!
